Introduction

Some distances are simply too far for a rideshare, too inconvenient for a train, and too tiring to drive yourself. I provide private long distance transfers from Sydney across New South Wales — a single vehicle, your group only, door to door.

Every transfer is a full-day private hire in a Mercedes-Benz V-Class. All travel operates during daylight hours. All pricing is confirmed by fixed quote at enquiry — no surprises.

Destinations

Most of my long distance work falls within a day’s drive of Sydney, across regional New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.

Southern Highlands — Around 90 minutes south. Bowral, Berrima and the cool-climate wineries around Sutton Forest.

Hunter Valley — Two to two-and-a-half hours north. Pokolbin, Broke and the cellar door circuit around Cessnock.

Jervis Bay — Around three hours south. Huskisson, Hyams Beach and the national park coastline.

Canberra — Three hours southwest. The national capital, its galleries and Parliament House.

Bathurst — Three hours west over the Blue Mountains. The historic goldfields town and Mount Panorama.

Orange — Around three-and-a-half hours west. The cool-climate wine region and the Mount Canobolas cellar doors.

Jindabyne — Five hours south. The gateway to Thredbo and Perisher in winter, and Kosciuszko National Park in summer.

Wagga Wagga — Around five hours southwest. The Riverina’s largest regional centre.

Far South Coast — Four to six hours south. Merimbula, Bermagui, Narooma and the Sapphire Coast.

Coffs Harbour — Around six-and-a-half hours north. The mid-north coast hub and the Solitary Islands.

Pricing

Every transfer is quoted as a fixed price at enquiry. Tolls, fuel and standard waiting time are included. For cruise and airport pickups, I monitor the vessel or flight for delays and adjust arrival time at no charge.

Pricing is structured around four distance zones from central Sydney. The zone your destination falls in gives you a starting point — your final quote reflects the specific pickup and drop-off addresses, date, and whether it’s one-way or return.

Zone 1 — up to 150 km. Southern Highlands and similar-distance destinations.

Zone 2 — 150 to 300 km. Hunter Valley, Jervis Bay, Canberra, Bathurst, Orange.

Zone 3 — 300 to 500 km. Jindabyne, Wagga Wagga, Far South Coast.

Zone 4 — beyond 500 km. Coffs Harbour and extended destinations.

The Vehicle

Every transfer operates in my 2023 Mercedes-Benz V-Class V300 — the flagship people mover in the Mercedes range, fitted for long-distance comfort. Up to seven guests travel in individual leather captain’s chairs with reclining, sliding and swivelling seats, rear climate control, USB charging, onboard Wi-Fi and complimentary bottled water. Luggage space is generous — ski equipment, golf bags and full-size suitcases are handled regularly.

The vehicle carries personalised ESCAPE plates, is maintained to Mercedes-Benz service standards, fully insured and accredited for passenger transport in New South Wales. I am the driver on every trip, from pickup to drop-off.
